Kısa adıyla BAP (Bilimsel Araştırma Projeleri), yüksek öğretim kurumlarındaki bilimsel araştırmaların desteklenmesi amacıyla geliştirilmiş bir uygulamadır. Bu uygulama YÖK'ün 01.01.2002 tarihinden geçerli olmak üzere yürülüğe aldığı Yükseköğretim Kurumları Bilimsel Araştırma Projeleri Hakkında Yönetmelik uyarınca gerçekleştirilmektedir. Üniversitemizin tüm öğretim elemanları BAP Komisyonuna başvurarak bilimsel araştırmaları için kaynak alabilirler. Details

At Anadolu University, social and cultural activities are as important as education and scientific research. The University frequently holds scientific events such as conferences, seminars, panels, congresses and symposia, and cultural activities such as exhibitions, stage performances and concerts. In addition to smaller conference halls in each unit, Atatürk Culture and Arts Center, Congress Center and Cinema Anadolu on Yunusemre Campus house many activities throughout the year.

Theatre Anadolu

Theatre Anadolu, the theatre group of Anadolu University, is the first university theatre in our country. The group performs its plays at Atatürk Culture and Arts Center periodically and at times meets audience across the country in national tours.

As a professional theatre ensemble in the university, Theatre Anadolu is an example of infrastructural and theoretical contribution of universities to the art of a country. The model of Theatre Anadolu provides the driving force required to launch new initiatives in theatre and to put into practice art initiatives that draw attention at the national and international level.

With its potential of audience, Theatre Anadolu undertakes a significant role in the near future of our country. The audience mostly comprising university students will play active role in administration and management mechanisms in the near future. That is why it is important to furnish them with artistic and aesthetic perspectives as well as scientific knowledge during educational processes, which will enable our country to integrate with the modern world. Theatre Anadolu, addressing to this young audience, is a representative of the place of arts – one of the main components of civilization – in contemporary education model.
