    Eskişehir Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences, founded in 1958, formed the basis of Anadolu University. The Academy was replaced by Anadolu University in 1982, which has gained a well-deserved place as a modern, dynamic and innovative institution among the largest universities not only in Türkiye, but also in the world.

    Kısa adıyla BAP (Bilimsel Araştırma Projeleri), yüksek öğretim kurumlarındaki bilimsel araştırmaların desteklenmesi amacıyla geliştirilmiş bir uygulamadır. Bu uygulama YÖK'ün 01.01.2002 tarihinden geçerli olmak üzere yürülüğe aldığı Yükseköğretim Kurumları Bilimsel Araştırma Projeleri Hakkında Yönetmelik uyarınca gerçekleştirilmektedir. Üniversitemizin tüm öğretim elemanları BAP Komisyonuna başvurarak bilimsel araştırmaları için kaynak alabilirler.

    At Anadolu University, social and cultural activities are as important as education and scientific research. The University frequently holds scientific events such as conferences, seminars, panels, congresses and symposia, and cultural activities such as exhibitions, stage performances and concerts. In addition to smaller conference halls in each unit, Atatürk Culture and Arts Center, Congress Center and Cinema Anadolu on Yunusemre Campus house many activities throughout the year.

# Program Qualifications (Outcomes)
1 comprehend the relationship between the other disciplines like sociology, philosophy, administration, economy, politics, and EASPE, conduct interdisciplinary studies on the basis of internalized knowledge and skills.
2 deepen common knowledge accumulation concerning educational science in the frame of basic theory and practices of EASPE.
3 improve and manage educational organizations in different levels
4 define problems in management and supervision of education
5 gather data and master research methods in order to carry out original scientific researches in the field of EASPE and apply team works for efficient results in interdisciplinary works.
6 define problems of EASPE in the frame of scientific problem solving, develop solution proposals by using quantitative and qualitative research methods.
7 master statistical software in order to carry out research
8 handle theories, opinions in the field of EASPE with an objective, logical, analytical manner and evaluate them in a critical point of view.
9 develop awareness for life long learning and pursue it.
10 communicate current developments and scientific studies to the people and institutions in and out of the field by visually, verbally, systematically and in written.
11 manage the social dynamics of relationships in order to enact people and apply needed leadership strategies in social and educational environments.
12 follow foreign studies and attend social interactions and scientific studies in international level, and have one foreign language at least in oder to share studies international level.
13 interpret strategies, politics and plans related to educational system
14 be aware of scientific, ethical and social values and handle research process with this frame.
15 analyze international education politics to the national education
16 get leadership skills in order to enact human resources with the aim of organizations and to reach the vision of educational organizations.
17 evaluate social, economical, scientific, educational and cultural developments in terms of national politics and sources.
18 analyze nature of internal and external powers that create change in school-environmet relations and apply strategies of change management designed in schools
19 develop solution models on theories of EASPE and apply them to the system
