Eskişehir Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences, founded in 1958, formed the basis of Anadolu University. The Academy was replaced by Anadolu University in 1982, which has gained a well-deserved place as a modern, dynamic and innovative institution among the largest universities not only in Türkiye, but also in the world.

Anadolu University Open Education Faculty plays an essential role in overcoming educational problems of Türkiye not only by providing open and distance education to 1 million active students and 4 million graduates but also by developing specific projects. Kısa adıyla BAP (Bilimsel Araştırma Projeleri), yüksek öğretim kurumlarındaki bilimsel araştırmaların desteklenmesi amacıyla geliştirilmiş bir uygulamadır. Bu uygulama YÖK'ün 01.01.2002 tarihinden geçerli olmak üzere yürülüğe aldığı Yükseköğretim Kurumları Bilimsel Araştırma Projeleri Hakkında Yönetmelik uyarınca gerçekleştirilmektedir. Üniversitemizin tüm öğretim elemanları BAP Komisyonuna başvurarak bilimsel araştırmaları için kaynak alabilirler.

At Anadolu University, social and cultural activities are as important as education and scientific research. The University frequently holds scientific events such as conferences, seminars, panels, congresses and symposia, and cultural activities such as exhibitions, stage performances and concerts. In addition to smaller conference halls in each unit, Atatürk Culture and Arts Center, Congress Center and Cinema Anadolu on Yunusemre Campus house many activities throughout the year.

Learning Outcomes

Will be able to explain general information about F Keyboard usage techniques.
Explains the necessity of using F Keyboard.
Explains why it is important to learn F keyboard
Explains to how to sit while using the F Keyboard.
Defines the base row and other rows on the F Keyboard, and explains how to type with ten fingers without looking keyboard.
Will be able to use the base keys on the F Keyboard.
Explains base row keys and the importance of these keys.
Uses base row keys (a, e, i, u, k, m, l, y, ü, t, ş).
Uses the spacebar and enter key when typing with the base row keys.
Will be able to use the keys on the top and bottom rows of the F Keyboard (ı, r, s, c, z, ,o, d, ç) with their index fingers.
Uses the keys on the top and bottom rows of the keyboard (c, ç, ı, o) with the left hands index finger.
Uses the keys on the top and bottom rows of the keyboard (d, r, s, z) with the right hands index finger.
Will be able to use other letter keys on the F Keyboard.
Uses the n and b keys with the right hands middle finger and the ğ and v keys with the left hands middle finger.
Uses the h and dot keys with the right hands ring finger and the g and ö keys with the left hands ring finger.
Uses the p and comma keys with the right hands little finger and the f and j keys with the left hands little finger.
Will be able to use punctuation keys, number keys, other symbol keys and shift-lock keys on the F Keyboard.
Uses the colon, semicolon, exclamation point, question mark, parentheses, hyphens, and circumflex keys on the F Keyboard.
Uses the number keys on the F Keyboard.
Uses other symbols on the F Keyboard.
Uses capital letters on the F Keyboard, and writes words in all capital letters using the caps lock key.
