Compare the applicability of different change management models (Lewin, Kotter, Fullan, etc.) in educational contexts. Application Evaluate real-world cases of change processes in educational organizations and develop practical solutions. Identify sources of resistance to change in schools and propose strategies to reduce this resistance. Evaluation Critically assess the role of leadership, organizational culture, and communication in managing change within educational organizations. Examine the influence of national and international education policies on change management processes. Creation Design a change management plan for an educational organization, aligning it with organizational realities. Develop innovative approaches and projects that contribute to school improvement through effective change management.
