    Eskişehir Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences, founded in 1958, formed the basis of Anadolu University. The Academy was replaced by Anadolu University in 1982, which has gained a well-deserved place as a modern, dynamic and innovative institution among the largest universities not only in Türkiye, but also in the world.

    Kısa adıyla BAP (Bilimsel Araştırma Projeleri), yüksek öğretim kurumlarındaki bilimsel araştırmaların desteklenmesi amacıyla geliştirilmiş bir uygulamadır. Bu uygulama YÖK'ün 01.01.2002 tarihinden geçerli olmak üzere yürülüğe aldığı Yükseköğretim Kurumları Bilimsel Araştırma Projeleri Hakkında Yönetmelik uyarınca gerçekleştirilmektedir. Üniversitemizin tüm öğretim elemanları BAP Komisyonuna başvurarak bilimsel araştırmaları için kaynak alabilirler.

    At Anadolu University, social and cultural activities are as important as education and scientific research. The University frequently holds scientific events such as conferences, seminars, panels, congresses and symposia, and cultural activities such as exhibitions, stage performances and concerts. In addition to smaller conference halls in each unit, Atatürk Culture and Arts Center, Congress Center and Cinema Anadolu on Yunusemre Campus house many activities throughout the year.

1 Comprehend concepts and relationship between them related with the field of primary school education based on the competencies gained in the secondary school education
2 Know about the evaluation of nature of knowledge, source of knowledge, limitation of knowledge, accuracy of knowledge, and reliability and validity of knowledge
3 Discuss methods related with the production of scientific knowledge.
4 Have knowledge about curriculum, instructional strategies, methods and techniques as well as measurement and evaluation related with his/her field
5 Have knowledge about their students\' development, learning characteristics, and learning difficulties. 
6 Recognize national and international cultures .
7 Use advanced sources of knowledge related with his/her field.
8 Conceptualize events and phenomena related with his/her field , investigate them by means of scientific methods and techniques, interprete and evaluate data. 
9 Describe problems related with his/her field, analyze them, develop suggestions for the solution based on evidence and research.
10 Apply the most appropriate instructional strategy, method, and technique by taking into account students\' developmental characteristics and individual differences as well as features and objectives of the content area .
11 Develop materials convenient with the content area and students\' needs .
12 Evaluate their students\' outcomes in all aspects by using different methods.    
13 Take responsibility in individual and group works related with his/her field and do the task in an effective way .
14 Recognize themselves as an individual; use their creative and powerful aspects and develop their weak points.
15 Take responsibility as an individual or as a group member in order to solve complex problems which are unforeseen and encountered in practice.
16 Evaluate gained knowledge and skills critically.
17 Identify their learning needs and direct his/her learning ..
18 Develop a positive attitude toward life-long learning.
19 Use the ways to reach information effectively.
20 Participate in art and cultural activities actively.
21 Show their sensitivenes to events and developments in the society\'s and the world\'s agenda and monitor them .
22 Behave in accordance with democracy, human rights, social, scientific and professional ethical values.
23 Plan and apply professional project and activities for the lived social environment by their awareness of social responsibility. 
24 Inform related people and institutions about the subjects related with his/her field.  
25 Share their thoughts and suggested solutions to problems with specialists and non-specialists by supporting them with quantitative and qualitative data. 
26 Follow information in his/her field by using a foreign language at least at the level of the European Language Portfolio B1 level and communicate with colleagues. 
27 Use informatics and communication technologies at advanced level defined in European Computer Driving License.
28 Live in different cultures and adapt to the social life.
29 Become a model for the community with his/her external appearance, attitudes, and behaviours. 
30 Behave and participate in accordance with quality management and its processes.
31 Establish personal and institutional interaction in order to create a safe school environment and sustain it. 
32 Have sufficient awareness of protecting the environment and job security.
33 Have awareness of national and universal sensitivities stated in the National Education Basic Law.  
34 Act as an individual according to the law, written regulation, and legislation concerning his/her duty, right, and responsibility related with his/her field.
