1	Develops and deepens expert-level knowledge related to concepts, institutions, and methods in the field of public law and its sub-disciplines.
2	Comprehends and relates the interaction between the filed of public law with its sub-branches and the concepts, organizations and methods in the field of social sciences.
3	Applies expert-level knowledge in public law and its sub-disciplines to analyze issues concerning legal theory and practice.
4	Evaluates and interprets expert-level knowledge in public law and its sub-disciplines together with information from other disciplines, creating new insights.
5	Analyzes the matters in the law concept and implementation by using the search methods special to the filed of law.
6	Independently carries out a study that requires expertise in the field of public law and its sub-branches.
7	Develops new strategic approaches to address complex and unpredictable issues in public law and its sub-disciplines that require expertise, assumes responsibility, produces solutions, and leads related efforts.
8	Critically evaluates expert-level knowledge and skills in public law and its sub-disciplines and directs ongoing learning processes.
9	Systematically communicates expert-level knowledge and recent developments in public law and its sub-disciplines to stakeholders within and outside the field, both in writing and orally.
10	Critically questions law concepts, organizations and settled law implementation, develops these when needed and attempts to make changes.
11	Utilizes at least one foreign language at the B2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) to follow developments in the legal field and communicate with colleagues.
12	Uses computer software required by the field of Public Law besides informatics and communication at an advaced level.
13	Internalizes the process of acquisition of information related to public law and its sub-branches, implementing and assessing this information considering ethical values.
14	Develops the understanding of honesty, justice and ethic, which are the requirements of law and teaches these to people around him.
