    Eskişehir Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences, founded in 1958, formed the basis of Anadolu University. The Academy was replaced by Anadolu University in 1982, which has gained a well-deserved place as a modern, dynamic and innovative institution among the largest universities not only in Türkiye, but also in the world.

    Kısa adıyla BAP (Bilimsel Araştırma Projeleri), yüksek öğretim kurumlarındaki bilimsel araştırmaların desteklenmesi amacıyla geliştirilmiş bir uygulamadır. Bu uygulama YÖK'ün 01.01.2002 tarihinden geçerli olmak üzere yürülüğe aldığı Yükseköğretim Kurumları Bilimsel Araştırma Projeleri Hakkında Yönetmelik uyarınca gerçekleştirilmektedir. Üniversitemizin tüm öğretim elemanları BAP Komisyonuna başvurarak bilimsel araştırmaları için kaynak alabilirler.

    At Anadolu University, social and cultural activities are as important as education and scientific research. The University frequently holds scientific events such as conferences, seminars, panels, congresses and symposia, and cultural activities such as exhibitions, stage performances and concerts. In addition to smaller conference halls in each unit, Atatürk Culture and Arts Center, Congress Center and Cinema Anadolu on Yunusemre Campus house many activities throughout the year.

Occupational Profiles of Graduates

1) The graduates of the program may work as members of the human resources profession in public or private undertakings. The staff member of human recourses may become "Human Resources Expert" or "Human Resources Manager" provided that they continue their education to earn a bachelor's degree. They will also be able to start their business life by establishing their own business since they have distinguished knowledge in a variety of fields such as business life, business administration, human resources functions, business life regulations, and e-business process.

2) It is possible for the graduates to have an illustrious career in the field of HRM, if they learn at least one foreign language at the advanced level, develop their computer skills, earn a bachelor's degree, and develop themselves. After graduating from the Program in Human Resources Management and starting their career in the profession, they may be promoted to the positions of human resources expert, human resources manager, human resources coordinator, human resources director and deputy director responsible for human resources. In this way, besides human resources career, it is possible for the graduates to embark and realize their career progress in other related departments of the companies such as marketing, public relations, customer services and quality.
