    Eskişehir Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences, founded in 1958, formed the basis of Anadolu University.     Kısa adıyla BAP (Bilimsel Araştırma Projeleri), yüksek öğretim kurumlarındaki bilimsel araştırmaların desteklenmesi amacıyla geliştirilmiş bir uygulamadır. Bu uygulama YÖK'ün 01.01.2002 tarihinden geçerli olmak üzere yürülüğe aldığı Yükseköğretim Kurumları Bilimsel Araştırma Projeleri Hakkında Yönetmelik uyarınca gerçekleştirilmektedir. Üniversitemizin tüm öğretim elemanları BAP Komisyonuna başvurarak bilimsel araştırmaları için kaynak alabilirler.

    At Anadolu University, social and cultural activities are as important as education and scientific research. The University frequently holds scientific events such as conferences, seminars, panels, congresses and symposia, and cultural activities such as exhibitions, stage performances and concerts. In addition to smaller conference halls in each unit, Atatürk Culture and Arts Center, Congress Center and Cinema Anadolu on Yunusemre Campus house many activities throughout the year.

Learning Outcomes

  • At the end of this course, the student will be able to explain what the concept of corporate social responsibility is and with which concepts it is related.
  • 1-Explain the concept of corporate social responsibility, 2-Explain the development of the concept of corporate social responsibility, 3-Will be able to convey the concepts related to corporate social responsibility, 4-Will be able to list corporate social responsibility approaches, 5-Summarize corporate social responsibility models, 6-You will be able to relate the advantages and disadvantages of corporate social responsibility.
  • At the end of the course, the student will be able to explain what corporate social responsibility areas are.
  • 1-Will be able to list the economic responsibilities of businesses, 2-Explain the legal responsibilities of businesses, 3-Explain the ethical responsibilities of businesses, 4-Will be able to express the voluntary responsibilities of businesses, 5-Demonstrate the areas of responsibility within the company, 6-You will be able to demonstrate non-business responsibilities.
  • At the end of the course, the student will be able to explain how corporate social responsibility strategies are handled.
  • 1-Explain the stakeholder theory. 2-Describe corporate social responsibility strategies, 3-Will be able to explain how institutions will create their corporate social responsibility strategies, 4-You will be able to express the factors affecting corporate social responsibility.
  • At the end of the course, the student will be able to explain how corporate social responsibility and marketing practices are handled together.
  • 1. Will be able to explain social responsibility and marketing practices in businesses, 2. Will be able to express the concept of social marketing, 3. Will be able to explain the concepts of social responsibility and business ethics, 4. You will be able to compare social responsibility and reputation management issues.
  • At the end of this course, the student will be able to explain what global approaches are in corporate social responsibility.
  • 1. Will be able to explain globalization and multinational enterprises, 2. Will be able to define the concept of corporate social responsibility in the globalization process, 3. Will be able to list the main corporate social responsibility practices carried out by international organizations, 4. Will be able to discuss the main corporate social responsibility practices carried out by non-governmental organizations, 5. You will have knowledge and skills on corporate social responsibility practices in Turkey.
