    Eskişehir Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences, founded in 1958, formed the basis of Anadolu University. The Academy was replaced by Anadolu University in 1982, which has gained a well-deserved place as a modern, dynamic and innovative institution among the largest universities not only in Türkiye, but also in the world.

    Kısa adıyla BAP (Bilimsel Araştırma Projeleri), yüksek öğretim kurumlarındaki bilimsel araştırmaların desteklenmesi amacıyla geliştirilmiş bir uygulamadır. Bu uygulama YÖK'ün 01.01.2002 tarihinden geçerli olmak üzere yürülüğe aldığı Yükseköğretim Kurumları Bilimsel Araştırma Projeleri Hakkında Yönetmelik uyarınca gerçekleştirilmektedir. Üniversitemizin tüm öğretim elemanları BAP Komisyonuna başvurarak bilimsel araştırmaları için kaynak alabilirler.

    At Anadolu University, social and cultural activities are as important as education and scientific research. The University frequently holds scientific events such as conferences, seminars, panels, congresses and symposia, and cultural activities such as exhibitions, stage performances and concerts. In addition to smaller conference halls in each unit, Atatürk Culture and Arts Center, Congress Center and Cinema Anadolu on Yunusemre Campus house many activities throughout the year.

# Field Qualifications
1 KNOWLEDGE (Institutional, Factual: KNW1-KNW3). KNW1: Has advanced theoretical and practical knowledge supported by textbooks containing basic and up-to-date information in the field of health, application equipment, multimedia educational equipment and other resources.
2 KNW2: Has the knowledge to evaluate the nature, source, limits, accuracy, reliability and validity of information.
3 KNW3: Has the knowledge of accessing scientific information in the field of health, monitoring, evaluating and applying current literature.
4 SKILLS (Cognitive, Applied: SKL1-SKL-4). SKL1: Interprets and evaluates scientifically proven data by using the advanced knowledge and skills acquired in the field of health, identifies and analyzes problems, develops solution proposals by considering professional and ethical values based on research and evidence, shares information, and performs team work.
5 SKL2: Uses information technologies related to health and research.
6 SKL3: Provides health education for individuals, families and society by using the advanced theoretical and practical knowledge acquired in the field of health.
7 SKL4: Produces solutions to problems specific to the field in line with scientific data/evidence.
8 COMPETENCIES (Ability to Work Independently and Take Responsibility: WIC1-WIC4). WIC1: Conducts a study independently, using his advanced knowledge in the field of health, and takes responsibility as a team member in cooperation with other professional groups working in this field
9 WIC2: Takes responsibility individually and as a team member to solve complex and unpredictable problems encountered in healthcare applications.
10 WIC3: Plans and manages activities for the development of employees under his/her responsibility within the framework of a project, and monitors and evaluates the process.
11 WIC4: Fulfills the responsibility of producing scientific knowledge specific to the field/conducts research at a descriptive level.
12 COMPETENCIES (Learning Competence: LC1-LC5). LC1: Evaluates the advanced knowledge and skills acquired in the field of health with a critical approach.
13 LC2: Determines learning objectives and shows learning to learn.
14 LC3: Identifies learning resources and accesses resources effectively/quickly.
15 LC4: Shows embracing lifelong learning, is open to development and continues this behavior.
16 LC5: Decides and implements ways to access information.
17 COMPETENCIES (Communication and Social Competence: CSC1-CSC9). CSC1: Informs relevant persons and institutions on issues related to the field of health; conveys thoughts and solution suggestions to problems in written and oral form; listens to the thoughts, wishes and expectations of relevant people and institutions.
18 CSC2: Shares thoughts on health-related issues and solution suggestions for problems with experts and non-experts, supporting them with quantitative and qualitative data, in teamwork and as an active element of the process.
19 CSC3: With awareness of social responsibility, organizes and implements projects and activities in cooperation with other professional groups for the social environment living in.
20 CSC4: Uses a foreign language at least at the European Language Portfolio B1 General Level to monitor the information in the field and communicate with colleagues.
21 CSC5: Uses information and communication technologies along with computer software at at least the European Computer Usage License Level required by the field.
22 CSC6: Monitors and evaluates the events/developments on the agenda of society and the world in the field of health.
23 CSC7: Communicates effectively verbally and in writing.
24 CSC8: Has the knowledge and skills to communicate interculturally.
25 CSC9: Documents professional activities and practices effectively and securely/keeps accurate and effective records.
26 COMPETENCIES (Field-Specific Competence: FSC1-FSC8). FSC1: Collects, interprets and applies data related to the field of health and cooperates with people from relevant disciplines in the stages of announcing the results and acts in accordance with social, scientific, cultural and ethical values.
27 FSC2: Acts in accordance with quality management and processes and participates in these processes.
28 FSC3: Has sufficient awareness and practices on individual and public health, environmental protection and occupational safety, including babies and children.
29 FSC4: Acts in accordance with the laws, regulations, legislation and professional ethics rules regarding duties, rights and responsibilities as an individual.
30 FSC5: With his professional identity, he becomes a role model to colleagues and an example to the society.
31 FSC6: The structure, physiological functions and behaviors of healthy and/or sick individuals; Competent in understanding the relationship between an individual\'s health and physical and social environment.
32 FSC7: Participates in in-house, local, national and international training after graduation; credits and documents them.
33 FSC8: Knows the importance of ethical principles and ethics committees for the individual and society in the fields of education, practice and research.
