Oral Presentation;

·        Overhead and PC projectors will be available for all oral presentations, but authors are nonetheless requested to indicate their requirements for these and any other items of audio/visual equipment before the congress. EMK18 Committee strongly recommends the use of PC projectors. The availability of audio visual equipment other than that listed above cannot be guaranteed.

·        Presentation time for plenary lectures is 45 minutes, for invited speakers is 30 minutes and for oral presentations is 20 minutes including 5 minutes discussion.

·        The person listed as the presenting author is responsible for presenting the paper at the congress. If unforeseen circumstances prevent his/her attendance, Secretariat of EMK18 must be notified immediately and, if possible, arrangements should be made for an alternative presenting author.

Poster Presentation:

·        For poster presentations a poster sizes should be 84 cm wide and 119 cm high.

·        A poster number card will be posted on the upper left corner of the board by the staff.

·        Mounting materials will be supplied. Poster materials can be displayed on the board during congress period. Left-over materials will be disposed by the EMK18 staff.
